If you have never been to his place you missed a treat his collection was worth 10's of millions he was always adding to it. He opened it up to the public the first week end in November each year. He had lots of it running about his property I got my first ride in a Stanley steamer at a show he put on that thing would get'er done...

When he started his shows it was free then the county wanted in on the deal for whatever so he put it on a honer system pay if you waned to deal...

Dan Stamm writes a column in Hart Parr Oliver Collector and has spoken of that place several times. That's too bad. Sad to hear it.

I was also a friend of Ken and Pat. They are wonderful people. I took the guys from Australia to see Ken's collection. that I drove around the Country with. Ken and his wife Pat took us all out for supper that night and it was a great time. Oh how the @#$%#$ did fly that night. Ken even ask us to stay at his house but there were too many of us and we didn't want to make extra work for Patti. So sorry to hear this bad news. . The Old Scovy.

I would love to see that I?ve always been fascinated
with steam engines ever since I was a boy .
Probably the closest I?ll ever get to owning one will
be a wilesco steam live steam model
