If you read much, or like audiobooks, try the ' Guns of august ' or maybe ' Bloodlands ' I used to read but can't see well now, so audiobooks have become more important. A huge number of them can be had from youtube on military history.

The books are great. Makes you glad you did not live then in sailing ships at war or in the english navy. The weevels joke says it all. ( Weevels are bugs in the hardtack biscuits) Ive read the series. Each are great and stand alone. Earl
