Just acquired a IH 200 rear blade. I?m wanting to add a hydraulic cylinder to change blade angle from the seat. What size and stroke cylinder do I need?

I used a 9 ft land pride blade, pretty sure it had a 4" X 8" cylinder. Also a smaller cylinder to tilt it. Probably a 3" X 8" . Plus another 4" X 10" to swing it from side to side. A really heavy awsum blade. Our Township uses it on a big tractor.

I built a 9ft blade 20 years ago and mine are 12in x 1 1/8 shaft works great

Chris , Anything three inches bore and whatever stroke. You need to pull the cylinder out to mid position and figure where to put your brackets then you will have angel either way. If you get too small a bore run the risk of force over riding the cylinder if the end of the blade hits something.

I don't know about what he is saying about a small cylinder but the smaller cylinder the faster it will swing and get it moving way to fast to set angle you want, bigger will slow nown speed of swing to be able to set angle at what you want instead of it going way past angle you want.
