Maybe this has been asked and answered a dozen times already: What kind of tractor did Mr. Haney sell the Douglases in the TV show Green Acres?

As mentioned Hoyt clagwell but it was really a Fordson. At the start of the show Mr Douglas rides up on a John Deere.

Sounds about right, they changed tractors for some reason. But the one that showed up in the later episodes and was always breaking down looked like a Fordson they just called it a Hoyt-Clagwell.

Classic show with some good comedy. not as good as the Beverly hillbillies but way better than most anything on tv today.

Ford was a big sponsor of the show. notice that all the cars and trucks were Fords (not sure about Mr. Hainey's truck)

Mr. Douglas drove a 4 door convertable lincoln,

The county extension agent drove a Ford bronco (classic).

and hence all the Ford tractors in the one scene

It was really a John Deere GP. Hoyt clagwell was just it's stage name, can't risk people seeing the show and not taking the Deere brand seriously ya know. The Fordson was the stunt double, every actor has to have one or two of those.
