SV, what shape is the David Brown hood in the background? Easy to spend someone else money but go with the best one. Back window probably be a $100.00. The one on the tractor looks pretty decent.

That?s what I was thinking for the price of the new window I could go with the better cab and still be about the same price And it has doors on both sides need to figure out if I can make it dog friendly or not . I did not notice the David brown hood

Those egging cabs were on a lot of case tractors, they are real eco Chambers. And they have lousy viewing. $1500 seams like a lot for the one on the tactor but it's worth the extra for the larger windows alone, and the angles walls will really cut down on the noise.

Where are you located? I have a cab off my 2510 you can have for scrap price. I'm in western Maryland. I pulled it off and its sitting behind my shop. Just haven't had time to haul it in yet.

The bad- It's missing 1 door and a few pieces around the cowling. Dont know how hard it is to find those. It has a heater but no A/C.

Where are you located? Have a neighbor that has a couple very nice year around cabs for sale in SWMN. Road trips are fun.

A year ago I would have given you a good Egging free. I took it off a 4020 and after it being here for a year hauled it to scrap. Decent cabs are getting harder to find. Tom

It seemed like it sat too high. Had to step over a bar to get in. I couldn't decide if it just wasnt adjusted right (it looked very adjustable) or if my tractor was too small for it. I wanted an open station though so I just pulled it off.

I have two 2510's. I use one in the winter to feed cattle with. It would be nice to get in out of the cold. If I only had one 2510 I'd leave it open station though.

I think the egging cab is already off the list for that price difference I?ll definitely go with either the excel for 500$ But I?d really like to see the ansel to before I make a decision. I want to mount the cab on rubber mounts and really make it nice like the one you did on your case .

Yep, for feeding in a Kansas winter I think I'd have left it on too! As long as the heater worked, ha. I dont farm but I have several close family members who do. This tractor will be retired to helping a little with hay, pulling wagons, and an occasional tractor pull. It sat at a local auction house for almost a year before i got it. Sure are handy little tractors. I'd like to take it to my uncle's farm, I think they'd find it very useful moving equipment and wagons around, but I'm afraid i wouldnt get it back, haha.
