I have searched the serial # list and read many article but have had no luck fining out my tractors specific info, year, engine, transmission. It is an Oliver tractor (Serial #195 549-466, model #365-920 09) it is a 4wd, diesel engine with a White Backhoe model 1615 and White Front End Loader model 1678. Any information or direction is greatly appreciated.

Says right on the loader frame. Model is 4-78-15. 4 wheel drive, 78 engine horse power, 15 foot dig hoe. Variations 2-78-15, your unit, 2-78-17, and 4-78-17. Based on 1650 chassis, not 1655, although yours appears to have the later direct injection engine. The 2-62-15 was based on the 1550 chassis. The 2/4-80-15/17 was a different unitized chassis but the 1655 changes to the powertrain. The 15 foot hoe swung with a rotary cylinder, and the 17 foot hoe swung with two linear cylinders. Reversing transmission between the engine and transmission was made by Funk. If you are going to keep and use the machine, if you don't have one get an operators manual reprint from The Floyd County Museum in Charles City IA. Had to tell from the picture, but it looks like your boom and stick are in good shape. Word of wisdom, DO NOT try to back fill with the hoe, you do NOT want to have problems with the swing motor/rotary cylinder.

That is an impressive body of information.

187586 according to the parts book. We had customers with a 1600 (same 1678 loader and 1615 backhoe), a 2-62-15, a 2-63-15, 2 @ 4-78-17 and a 4-80-17. Used to deal with Joseph Industries in Cleveland for the Reverse-o-Torque units, but last time I talked to them (about 3 years ago) they told me soft parts not to much of a problem to find, but hard parts (shafts, etc,) mostly unobtanium.
