live youtube farm stuff auction

Hey turn off that internet and do something

Oh, but I am

Dam I need to be registered (quick quick quick)

I woulda bought that one

here, now I can bid on this

transport? oh

but I want it

it's a bargain!

I watched part of a Mecum auction on RFDTV yesterday.

The part I watched involved some over-restored JD 530, 630, 730 propane burners. All went in the area of $20K to $50K.

Real world prices, when you see a restored D 17 Ac bring $2250.00 and supper A farmall $800.00 then realize that the seller paid 12% to get it sold puts it down there . Some of the john deers did OK but seemed some of them were also weaker than normal. Just the way these old tractors are going I guess.

Is it just me or is the guy not just a lot better auctioneer than the lady? I am thinking her name is Abby but name aside she just does not seem as sharp as the guy.

She can sure talk fast but it drives me nuts how she starts every breath by yelling HAWH!
Why does she do that? Its so distracting and unnecessary.

Can't figure why someone would put all that time and money into a early D17 when if they did the same to a Series IV D17 it'd bring 3X that.Never pays to restore a common model tractor.
