paint color

I have a 1951 vac case with yellow sheet metal instead of the flambeau like the rest. Can someone tell me the story behind this. I know of several other like this but am not able to find the paint or a color code for it. Thank You.

They were sold for use in an industrial application. Most likely to a municipality.
