A good friend gave this plow to Minnie mo Mick. Looks like it had a good bit of green paint on it from years ago. I can't find any pictures on line of a green Moline plow. Any of y'all have any? Also any thoughts on the year? Looks like a great project for a 13 year old

Ploworks for wear parts. Steve Rea. Address has been posted many a time on here. I have the information at old home but not here.

The plow orginally was red with gold wheels and the piece to hold the rear tailwheel strait was gold as well. Google moline af plow.

The lettering on the beam there looks exactly like a horse walking plow at the family farm. My understanding on that (walking plow )was its not a MM at all but Moline Plow Works. I was doing some reading on this and appears that eventually was part of MM though.

Go to Fleet Farm and buy a couple shares. Go home and blow a couple holes in them with the torch and bolt them on. Presto, your ready to plow.

Those shares will be narrower that the blacksmith sharpen type and will not have the landside part to keep them in place as they hook on with a pin on that landside part and only one bolt.

This Moline plow was given to me. Works good, but only two twelves. Wish it was at least a fourteen.

I have had 12", 14" & 16" and liked the 12" best. I don't want to plow to China that some 16" seem to be wanting to do to get a good turn over.

I know where so new old stock black smith shares are . Would the be worth buying cut the point off to weld onto
My John Deere shares if one ever breaks ?
