It can be hard to get someone off the ballot at a late date and if people didn't know he was dead and voted based on party then it happens. Now if he got elected by dead people that's different.

What do you mean they standard saying in Chicago, is to vote early and vote often. Or the cemetery is voting. Both referring to Chicago.

Not really that uncommon. In fact, my son won a 4 person election yesterday, but a deceased guy came in 2nd out of 4.

Been a couple times with the choices I had if there had been a dead guy on the ballot I'd of voted for him.
