After reading your comments, I'm going to pass on the Ferguson....finding a different machine will be quite a search,at a decent price in my area (central Wisconsin)....thanks again.

Not exactly sure of your needs or budget, but what about a Ford 5000 gas? Early model with the 233 engine, 8-speed, independent pto, probably has power steering, (I didn't check). I think it was listed on Facebook marketplace. $2200. In WI, though I don't remember the town.

Going from a 2N to a 5000 is a pretty good leg up.
There's a guy on a different forum that got tired of doing all his tractor work with a 16 hp Yardman I think it was.
So he bought a the first real tractor he found.
Yep, a Ford 5000 diesel.
