I needed a wagon to hold feed for my calves. Guess this will do. I will probably wait till spring to paint it as the wood seemed kinda "sappy" yet. It will be inside the barn so the weather shouldnt take too much of a toll on it.

I've been hoping to run across just such a trailer. Right now, gonna have to convert an old 4' x 8' trailer that the wife has. Deck rotted off, tires bad, wheels of some unknown mounting type....going to modify it into a 4-wheel trailer for welder, generator and such.

Yours turned out very nice. Good save!

Over last few years I have picked up a couple old wagons. Handy places to pile stuff you don't have room for inside buildings. Also easy to move around. I picked up a nice heavy duty Colby gear a few years ago really cheap. Sometimes they sell for quite a bit at auctions. Depends upon the crowd there

I admire what you did here, in this throw away world. You will do well in life

I?m guessing the old T&G was 3? Fir. To bad you can?t find some. It would likely cost as much as you paid for the whole rig.

It was a wagon that I bought on anold neighbors sale. It was set up to chop silage and i used it for that for a number of years then trying to chop haul and pack with just myself I went to picking ear corn. Changed out the end gate and used for that a while. It go to where with work I didn?t have the time for that either so she sat for a number of years. I expect now I will be able to use it as a feed wagon for quite a while.
