We are getting rain. All this week, forcast for all next week as well. It's coming in waves. Seems a hurricane down south is pushing moisture up here to our very dry climate. We haven't had any rain all summer. No snow last winter either. I'm starting to understand how you guys back east feel.LOL Thankfully,I have no hay on the ground.

Hope you get some rain. It is raining here right now. Thunderstorms moving across central Kansas from the west. The weather folks are predicting 2-6" across much of central Kansas over the next 4-5 days. Hopefully it won't be that much. Lots of wheat just planted. About 50% is up and a hard heavy rain could be very hard on the newly planted wheat.

It could start raining now and quit thanksgiving and then start snowing until March first for all i care we?ve had a half inch in the last couple days and it?s still not to wet to do field work . Dry Is an understatement

Here on the Texas Gulf Coast we had nine inches week before last, six inches last week, and only one inch this week. It also rained the week prior to the nine inches, but I didn't keep track of the total. I hope it's finished for awhile so we can dry out some.

Sure has been wet here this year. We dug this foundation Monday formed it Tuesday, and had concrete coming Wednesday. Rained Tuesday afternoon and night. It is above lake water level. Had pumps running a couple hours to get it dry again.

I have recently taken a mindset that I need to constantly be prepared for heavy rain, and insure that there are ways for it to run off without causing damage.
