Fire esh mount

I?m looking for ideas of where to mount a fire
extinguisher on an NAA. I hate to drill holes in
fender but will. Anyway I?m betting somebody has
an idea. I?m considering this location with a rubber
pad underneath bottom.

How about a 1/2 pipe about 8 inches tall and the diameter of the extinguisher. A piece of angle iron welded to the bottom so the "V" of the angle faces down would allow a clamp around the axle (U-bolt) and a velcro strap, or over center latch would keep it in the 1/2 pipe. Jim

Self-adhesive Velcro strips. Should stick well to that fancy-dancy paint and you wouldn't see it behind the black extingusher mount.

I had the same concerns with my tractor, so I used that super duty 3M adhesive they use on cars. Hasn't moved a bit. I covered the entire contact area of the bracket, probably a space 1.5"x6"

3M item number 06378

I saw the guys on this site talking about the magnetic cup holders they sell at Lowes. Maybe make an over sized magnetic cup holder with thin rubber glued to it to keep it from scratching your fender.

Not original equipment so I wouldn?t mount it at all or at least not in a visible place. I?d rather mount a water jug holder. Looks more authentic and the water will put the fire out as good as a 5 lb extinguisher.
