Waldon Blade

I'm trying to get the used Waldon blade that I bought mounted on my 1850. Had to move the front axle in as far as it would go. I pulled the tractor up to the blade tonite and the front tires will go in, but only with a couple of inches to spare. The 1850 has 11L-15 tires on it, so it looks like I need narrower tires in order to be able to turn at all. How small of a tire can I put on it and still carry the added weight of the heavy blade on the front of the tractor?? I know I will have to get smaller rims, I have seen narrow tires on the front end of tractors, but have no clue what size they are. Any help on here?? Thanks, Chris

If the tires are that close maybe going to a 9.50 15 tire would give you enough room to turn . I would think I?d try modifying the dozer so the frame was wider

I have a walden on my 220 allis and I cant quite turn the wheels all the way either direction. but I can steer it fine so I just leave it alone and don't turn the wheels all the way.
