Here?s a video I took when I was plowing on Wednesday.

You got that plow tuned in that?s a nice job of plowing . I wonder what it would be like to turn dirt like That ? What kind of plow is that?

The plow is a John Deere 44H two 14?. It does good in the sand, but not so good in the clay.

Most plows don?t do that pretty of a job in the clay . Ih plow did the plowing in the first photo John Deere in the second photo

Mr.SV, why don't you use rolling coulters on your plow? I see so many without coulters,
so I'm not singling you out.

Pete

I always wonder about no coulters as well. Where I am at you can tell shortly if you have one lose out from the poor job it starts doing

Never even knew what Coulter?s on a plow was until I started looking at picture books don?t have much need for em here . but at times I?d like to have some

I think if you would have them and adjusted corectly you would find a nicer job, less wear on the shin and pull easier. Also go better thru trash.

That is nice! I have the same plow pulled by a '51 B. The tractor has been painted for years, about time that I get the plow painted.

How does your "B" do with it?? What gear? Just wondering as I got one for my '50 "B" but haven't had it out to plow yet

Randy. The tractor I?m using is my 1947 A (that you rebuilt the carburetor for). It does great in third gear, but in clay I go down to second. Your welcome to come over and look at it.
Trevor.

I?ve always wanted a set I realy have but I don?t have any idea where to get them there i bet isn?t one set of Coulter?s in this whole state

Where are you at? You say state. I thought you were in Canada. And I don't think I would have any problem finding coulters but shipping would probably kill it.

I think I used to plow in 3rd gear, it has been many years, but it handled it good. I have colters on my plow. Difficult to find a place to plow the last few years.
