This is the disc that my Great-grandfather had. Can anyone give me
information about it or the company?

Small offset/orchard disk. Worn,rusty,rotted blades need to be replaced.In it's present condition,almost usless,except for yard art.
 
Towner Was a popular name back in 50's. Cannot give you much more. Had one for a while that was hydrolic cylinder angle control. Think they made a 3 point hitch model for either Ford or Ferguson.
 
I wouldn't say useless, for a garden or small plot it'd be fine.I have several in about that shape I leave at Deer plots to use so I don't have to haul a disk in every time.Just takes
a couple more times around to work up the ground.
 
I see several jagged rusted away blades that will probably just crumble as soon as you put it to work.Yes,they are good for food plots,gardens and orchards.
 
I am posting these from my phone so they will probably be sideways. I have a Tower manual unfortunately it is not one that features that specific model of disk:

Different company. Go back and look at the original pix and the spellling of the name.
