Is there a kit or replacement parts for the Push button PTO lock where it locks to the tractor PTO shaft? Mine is missing.I drilled a hole thru the yoke and use a pin to hold it in place but don't trust it

since you have drilled it out, i don't think push button will work any more . the spring no longer has anything to sit on. might buy that half-yoke.

This is the I prefer but it depends on your yoke what you can use.

If he drilled it out corectly he can use both the pin in the hole he drilled and the lock button at same time.

Don't think you understand.i drilled the yoke so I could use a pin thru the yoke and the hole in the tractor pro shaft

What is the shaft off of? We used PTO shafts on mowers, grain elevators and such for many years that were just held on with a bolt. Never had any problems.

I use a 5:/16 Cotter key to hold the shaft on my sickle mower on and also the shaft for my post hole digger on larger things where there might be a lot of force from turning with the pto on like a baler the cotter key might not work as well but for something that stays straight behind the tractor I like it better then the push button

A lot of yokes had the hole from factory. Usually it was off just a little and you could not use it with the factory push pin. I have had them that the only way to fasten is that 5/16" pin, the extenders-size conversion units are all made that way. Used a bolt for many an hour in them.

You can drill out the hole the push pin goes in and replace it with a 1/2" bolt and locknut. I have some like that from the factory. Tony
