Took a short vacation over the weekend and driving thru Oklahoma found a tractor "for sale" along the highway; sign read- "1930 McCormick Deering....22-36" ....does this model sound right to any of you? Painted grey .....rough shape....not sure if its a good restore or not. Thanks.

Great old tractor. Dad had one when I was a wee tot. I do remember riding on it with him - on steel and very rough even in the field dirt.

It is listed as kerosene fuel engine, but I know Dad used gasoline in his (never any kerosene).

Recently at Pioneer Power near Le Sueur, MN there was one belted to a double-feeder threshing machine and handling it very well.

Loren...not sure i need it- but kinda want it! It has all bad tires- I think I would try to put it on steel if I get it. I'll try to get ahold of him tomorrow- thanks guys!
