tractors and sparrows

Anybody have good way to keep sparrows out of sheds and relieving themselves on everything in sight. One of the sheds is open front and the others have doors but not bird tight. BB guns are awful hard on the steel and I don't have flying cats. I tried those big blowup eye balloons, worked maybe a week before they started roosting next to them. Any good traps. Thanks Jim

I tried the plastic owl decoy....it works for a short time, they they get used to it. Moved it around, up, down etc..Good luck, I don't think there is anything.....

A friend of mine has a couple of open front sheds like you do. He hung some greenhouse shade material,
you know, the kind of cloth screen type material,

about half way down from the top of the doors. I seems the birds don't want to fly low to get in the
building, yet the material lets in light and air for circulation. He has them fixed up with a couple of
cords to roll them up when he needs to get something in or out of the shed.
Anyway that worked for him.

I heard once the reason open porch ceilings were painted light blue was to keep out birds, they thought it was open sky.
