fuel pressure regulator?

What is your opinion of this fuel pressure regulator?

Can you recommend a link to a better regulator with pressure
gauge?

I want to gasoline pressure a pound or two at a time starting
from 40 psi.

Flow rate is very small. Less than a gallon of gas an hour.

You didn't say what you are using this on, but the regulator in the link is designed for use with a turbo boost engine to vary the fuel pressure according to demand.

I suspect you are trying to supply a carb from an injection pump? If so, I don't think it will work, and probably not going to find one that will work consistently for that purpose.

That regulator is pretty cheap. I don't know if you can expect too much from it.

I need the outlet pressure to start at 40 psi and go down from there in small increments.

The Jegs and Holley don't even come close.

The fuel pressure off the fuel pump is 37 psi. I want to be able reduce it 1 psi at a time. Very small flow rate. Max 1 gallon or less per hour. No turbo, just fuel injection.

Mr Gasket has a good fuel regulator have them on a couple tractors with electric fuel pumps.
