Another PSB pump question

Should I have diesel at the rectangular cover? Or is it time for seals. I bought a bunch of spare o rings the other day.

What PSB do you have, internal spring governor, external spring governor, or pump with no governor like on some Continental engines? If you mean the top cover on an internal spring governed pump, there should only be oil under that cover.

Thank you. I didn't think it should have fuel there. I will try replacing the filter seal first. I think it's a external spring but I would have to go look. It's on a 1955 super 88.

I got a seal kit and matched the o rings up at the seal shop. The small ones I got for the filter do not fit snug on it. The one in the kit did. I'm heading back to town. Seems I read they're hard to match. Anyone have a number?
The one I took out was square and was pretty pliable still.
