Gear oil leaking past pto seal

I have a JD 720 that leaks gear oil into the pto clutch housing through the oil seals surrounding the pto shaft. The leakage is not a lot. Over a year, it will increase the oil in the pto clutch by about a quart or quart and half. I drained the clutch housing and put a pan under the drain and over a period of a week, it looks like it is leaking about a tablespoon or two of oil a day. My question is, is there an additive that I can add to the gear oil that will expand the seals to stop the leakage?

Though it is tempting, the "cure" is often worse than the disease. The Expanding process is the result of the synthetic seal material being decomposed (like a kitchen rubber glove in gasoline). If it was able to be focused on a single seal, and stop working when the seal was expanded just enough, all would be well. but it affects all seals, even those not leaking, and it does not stop working. thus it is very possible that in 6 months there will be far more leakage.
