Did it my way

Not parade perfect paint ready. Good enough
for me. Took about 30 minutes to clean
front
Can you see Alice smiling?

What ever you did to it, it looks nice. When I used to take my Super C to the local threshing show I'd pressure wash it, hand wash it, move it to the garage, chamois it off and touch up the paint. Next day after work I waxed it top to bottom and the plow or rear blade which ever I was hitching to it that year, finally I'd lay on the tire dressing. This was a three or four day process, don't have that much ambition anymore.

I used vac as a leaf blower, then compressed air, Paint gun sprayed paint thinner, another blast of air. Carb cleaner to loosen up dried gas. Wiped off with rag. About 1/2 hour and 1 qt of thinner. Kept everything away from belts, pulleys, starter, starter solenoid, mag, distributor, spark plug wires and alternator. Also blew out a lot of crap from radiator.

Looks good. I was going to suggest mineral sprits in a sucking blow gun and a brush. I mainlt post from work and we got really busy.

Thanks the Lord you didn't use the dreaded H2O ..... that stuff is deadly. Did you know that fish make love in it ..... and poop in it too? I can spot a tractor a mile away that has avoided water all its life .... you did real good Georgie.

Actually, I'd like to meet you. Maybe not live next door but at least have a beer or two with you. By the way, your tractor looks good.
