If you guys want to get together tomorrow (Saturday),tell me where and what time. Look at the map in the book,it shows the feature tractor section. It's just about straight in to the west of the main gate, right behind some flea market vendors. One of the features is trucks. There are a few rows of old trucks, then my 500s are right behind those to the west. If you want to get together there at a certain time,or near one of the barns where there's some shade, wherever or whenever, speak up and let me know so we can all be there. I plan to be back over there some time between 11 and noon tomorrow, want to leave around 4-4:30 because it's our anniversary and we have to get the tractors loaded up,but willing to meet up anywhere anytime in between.

Don't look for a lot of feature tractors. It's kind of a cluster F and I'm not happy with it. Either not many showed up or they're scattered. We're in the row where the sign says Feature Tractors, but the only other one in the row is a Fordson Dexta. The rest is all pulling tractors. Makes me kind of angry that I even bothered to take them over. Plenty of tractors otherwise. We registered at around 10:30 this morning and had numbers 1297 and 1298. They were still coming when we were headed home.

Wife seems to be doing a little better, ended up canning 15 qts of tomato, green pepper, onion mix for chili, spaghetti and lasagna. I hope to be there, and noon sounds good.

I can see what they were trying to do,get the feature right up front by the gate, but they need to get the pullers out of there. I asked one of the guys in a red vest. He just said shrugged it off and told me to park wherever I wanted to.

Ya, they been working to flip the whole show grounds.

But the red vest people need to do their jobs better if the show is to continue.

It seems show attendance is down the past couple years. I only saw 3 steamers there today.

Also a lot of empty spaces in the tractor area but saw numbers over 1100 so they must be there.

I tried to get the attention of one of them on a golf cart before I even parked, but he ignored me and rode away.

If nobody chimes in with a different plan,go ahead and meet me at my tractors at noon then John.

Everybody wait around and talk among yourselves if I'm not right at the tractors at noon. It took me an hour and a half just to get through the flea market today. I tend to run in to people who like to talk. LOL

Wish I could be there too. My son in law and 2 grand kids are going to be at the show tomorrow. They might stop by and introduce themselves. I did make it to Buckley this afternoon though.

Probably not attending this year. First time in 15+ years. Wont make it by noon if I do get up that way. Family wants to go, me not so much.

We went today(Fri) and just as you said. Seems there were little clusters of "pullers" at about 4 or 5 different locations and no rhyme or reason to it. I love pullers but they should have their own area and close to the drive to the tracks , not randomly all over. Probably wasn't their fault as they were probably told all same thing...park where ever you wish..so they did. Had a good day tho, no rain and sun stayed under so not too hot. Saw your Ollies there. Loved the restored checkerboard 1800 and the 2255 Always a good show...just sometimes better than other years. Not much organization to the tractors this year tho.

Would like to talk with owner of 1030 Case that has had an engine swap. Has been at the show the last few years.
