Any idea why the haytalk "lost password" has stopped working, and why the contact staff page is inop? Is there any way to contact moderator to get it fixed?

I have tried to contact the moderator but I think that since I do not have a password it will not allow me to send a
message. I'm not sure how to do this or what to do next. my purpose is to get on the site to ask for some specific
info on their hay forums.
