I swathed the peas for the organic guy I custom farm. What a disaster. Giant foxtail and cuckelbur. Couldn't even see the peas. I'll be surprised if he gets 200 bushels off the 40
acres. Then went on to swath my wheat. Really short this year. I hope short plant doesn't mean short yield. Trying to upload pictures. I've done it befor but can't get it to work
this time.
 
I swathed the 5 acres of barley today.

On July 18th I replanted 2 acres of drowned out beans. Not much time between planting and harvest this year with all the rain!

Don't expect the small grains to do much this year, they like it cool and dry and planted early; everything was exactly opposite here.

The canning peas in the area were terrible. Wosrt crop I've ever seen, from the road. Basically all drowned out.
