If there is dirt between the rock I would use a rock bucket on a loader and a dump wagon and pick the rocks. I hope there is a big hole close by. My neighbor picked rocks every year, now he goes over his field with a roller and then plants corn. A vineyard close by brought in a big cat with a huge rotary rock crusher mounted on the back that turned rocks like that into fine gravel.
