Case 1175 three point hitch won't raise correctly

My three-point stopped working this past winter, and the local Case-IH dealer (Red Line Equipment) couldn't get the problem corrected. They did get it to lift slowly (20 seconds at 1500 rpm), but that's it. They replaced multiple parts (used not new, since most aren't manufactured anymore), but to no avail. Remotes, steering, and brakes work fine. Any ideas on how to proceed?

I am not close to being an hydraulic expert, but your fist step needs to be to have a gauge, a length of hose, and an adapter to plug into the test port or a remote. The gauge, in order to be useful on other equipment, should go to 9000psi and be liquid filled. You can shop on line for a kit too.

I would bet money its in your draft-o-matic valve,, sad your dealer has no clue how to work on the real Case stuff,, this can happen if you get condensation/ water in the oil when sitting,, I hate to hear when a dealer is just a part changer and not a diagnostic mechanic, post down on the Case board if no one here chimes in
