Case 970 brake repair

New to forum. My Case 970 was just delivered. Diesel engine just over 100 hrs. Problem is I have no brakes. Best way to work on the problem?

We are going to need amore info to
help, like year and type of brakes as
they changed over the years. Also what
exactly is happening. Your best bet is
to go to the case forum as there are
many great folks there who can help.
