You can pull the bottom of the radiator to help wiggle. 3/8" ratchet and long extension through the hole in the frame rail will let you get a socket on the bolts. I highly recommend changing the fan belt as the lower hose has to come off to do that anyway.

searching for replacements, the lower one is kicking my butt, like to replace it. The one that came off is hard and needs replaced

Is it a molded hose?

Talk your way into the hose section of the auto supply, start looking, measuring, using your imagination. Chances are something can be made to work.

If you have a truck/car wrecking yard in your area, I have always had success in simply searching through till you find something that is
very similar in size and shape. You'll come pretty close even if you have to do some trimming length back to what you need. Don't forget to
take the old one with you along with the tools necessary to remove the new one.

The WD radiator hose is 1-1/2 inch ID. Go to your local auto parts store and
buy their thick hard rubber hose, just need to know how long you need for upper and
lower hose.
