Lined Up for the First Time

Hello all! Well, been real busy in the new house - unpacking, landscaping, building workbenches and shelves, getting ready for paint touch ups, car repairs and other miscellaneous projects... Finally got around to lining all 6 tractors in my collection up today. Also did a video of all 6 being driven around. It is close to an hour long, but consider it your own little private tractor show! (Will be on my YouTube channel by this evening). I hope you all enjoy the photo, and here is a little info on the lineup (from left to right).

1942 John Deere Unstyled A - built out of a slant dash A that was locked up, and internally a disaster.
1938 Farmall F20 - Hadn't run from the 1950's until last year. Still ironing out some small issues, but built it from this and another parts tractor. All numbers matching. Motor was stuck as well.
1942 Farmall H - Was a Halloween hayride tractor for many years locally. Sat in the woods unused for about the last 8-10 years. Motor was loose. New manifold, magneto rebuilt, and carb kit. Good to go. Was originally on steel wheels (still had the cutoffs when I got it).
1944 Minneapolis Moline ZTU - Hadn't run in 5-10 years. Motor was loose, installed rebuilt magneto, carb rebuild, and fuel tank.. Runs great!
1947 Farmall M - Saved from a salvage yard. Motor locked up bad, complete top to bottom rebuild. Added Farmhand Standard loader to mimic my grandpa's 1940 M that he had.
1941 Case SC Center Exhaust - Grandpa saved from the salvage yard in the early 1970's. Sat from 1993 until approximately 1999. My first project - took me 10 years to complete. Still working on little things here and there.

Thank you sir! I like to try a little bit of everything. I am a little IH heavy though. Could use an Oliver... And would love to find a pre-1930 John Deere D.

Pole barn plans are on hold for now. Need to take care of a couple things first. New house is pretty much together, but I think we are going to have to rebuild the deck next year. We did get married about a month ago, so that one is checked off the list! Here is a little photo from the ceremony at the Gunflint Lodge on the MN/Canadian border. It was a great weekend... A little too short, though.

Congratulations! One thing at a time. It's taking us several years to get here. The trip is the fun part!! Lol.

Thanks! The SC really is a special little tractor to me. That was Grandpa's - the families first tractor (on my dad's side at least). He picked it out of a salvage yard in Eastern ND, I believe. Low and behold, it is a center exhaust!

I like to think of what they would say if they could talk. I soak up the stories that my older cousins and my uncle tell about the Case SC.. It really gets me going to think of how many years that thing has worked, and brought joy to so many in my family.

Thanks! They didn't start that way, though. Really, you should be thanking my wife for putting up with me! I don't know how many times she
came home to me boiling carburetors in the kitchen, washing parts in the sink with dawn dish soap... Lol. Heck, I never even thought of using
the dishwasher!

I'm full of ideas.... Some good, some BAD!

Thanks, Ron! It was interesting putting it together figuring out what would work and how. Really wasn't too terribly difficult after I picked the brains of a few forum members. I can't take all the credit, as most of the info came from those who had been there, done it!

Thank you very much! I almost have all of the 'major' colors represented... I don't really have any interest in Ford tractors, though.. Although, who knows. That could change!

Congratulations. First for your marriage. Second for the tractor line up. Now to keep the marriage and the tractors hummin'

Is the line up visible from the road so passers by can enjoy?
