Linda and I took the new BN to 2 parades yesterday. parades were 5 miles apart, and an hour difference in start times, and the plan worked. BN ran fine both times, but was hard starting after it had been run through the parade route.

the extra seat (pieces from a Farmall A) fit on easily, just need to build a step under the belly of the tractor for her, rather than moving the stepstool around to the front when she needs to use it. also, finish the backrest assembly. I wanted to make sure the cushions were in the right spot before I welded the frame solid.

Looking good. I wish we had a parade to ride in around here. My wife likes the 2 seater! 2 weeks until Bama!

Looks like fun is going to happen ! but what makes that a BN -- I have a BN and the left axle is a lot shorter -- just wondering -- Roy

B rear wheels were spaced to basically match a horse. when farmers needed to go to narrower row spacings, BN was the answer.

Tom H has the answer.

there will be parades at RPRU. might be tough getting an extra seat on the Cub. lol
I am severely having problems concentrating on my work, thinking about the trip south.

clutch is a bit jumpy, but not every time, so you can't let your guard down. she mostly held on at first. as the day progressed, she relaxed a lot. it was really nice having her ride along.
