RE:The steerings at the top of the king pins where the tie rod connects. The tapered hole where the tie rod connects is wallered out, what is the best way to fix this?

Fixed a wobbled out hole in a steering knuckle in an old dodge truck buy sticking the tie rod through the hole then stuffing as much jb weld in around the stud as I could and let it cure overnight lasted several years but eventually the jb weld gave way to the pressure

I had front axle stabilizers on Fords wallow out. Used aluminum cans cut as a shim. put under the cap and bolted her down. On your application, cut into a "Trapezoid" (look it up if you don't know) shape, wrap it around the pin and push it in and bolt her up....lots of grease on both sides of the shim. Alum is soft and will compress to the desired dimension whereas if you used steel it, being harder, wouldn't be as easy to work with and as a result probably result in an unsatisfactory job.

Ok so it's soft and after another 1000 hrs of tractor use you have to do it again................
