Not going to say I am right , but looks a lot like a Case S or D with a heavy front axle.

Looks like an SI to me. I'm not sure if they had a special model for military, but definitely an S model case.

It is a Case MSI. Many were built to develops air fields and were set up to be parachuted into sites.
