Value of a Dandy Boy with attachments

I've never heard of a Dandy Boy but probably not much value. I have an old Wheel Horse mower with a tiller. I can't give it away. In a couple weeks I'm hauling some stuff to the local consignment sale and it's getting loaded up. The scrap yard is just a couple miles away from where the sale is. It's leaving one way or another.

Kansas 4010 You didn't say which model Wheel horse, you were wanting to sell! I know that Kansas is a long way from Washington state, but I have a 175 C wheel horse tractor, with a 42" mower, and hydro. I need a tiller for it, and the pulley araingement, that they call the PTO, which powers the tiller. Tiller gearbox is on the right side of the tractor. Does your tractor currently run? It might be worth my time, to drive out to Kansas. there is not much Wheel horse stuff, out here on the west coast. Give me a call at 360 400 0250, and let me ask some questions, if you would please.

It's a nonrunning B-165. I don't know enough about them to know if they're compatible. I can post some pictures later if you want. I hate throwing stuff away so if you think you might have any need of it I'll hold onto it for you.

Kansas 4010, Yes I would like to know more, and see a picture of the tractor, and also the front of the tiller, where it attaches to a tractor. I don't know a lot about them either, but can figure something out. they are more available in the middle states, and the eastern area, is my understanding. Thanks guy!

These are some pictures I took a little bit ago for someone else. If you want any others let me know.

Where is the consignment sale you are going to? I am in Wichita. Don't want the Wheel Horse, but love to go to sales to see what there is that I can't live without!

The sale is in Lyndon. It's Gerdes auction.
He has a site with pictures. It's a place to
get rid of stuff but otherwise pretty
useless. Him and others on his payroll run
around and buy stuff up and put them on his
sale. If he can't make a killing selling
something he'll just stop, say it takes more
money, and drive on. Hardly ever is
anything nice there and if there is he wants
new price for it.

Thank you Kansas4010! I'll pass. I really like Carr Auction in Larned for misc. consignment items. Maybe because I have known Larry Carr for 50 years, although his daughter and SIL run it now.

Thanks for taking, and posting the pictures. It looks like a dead ringer, for my C175, however the PTO is on the left side in the photo, and mine is on the right side. I reckon that I will have to live without it! To me , it is worth repowering, and if in Idaho, or montana, I would still buy it. Thanks again for messing with me. Ralph
