Well, I dropped the belly mower off the Kubota B2150 and slid the loader back on, and went up into the woods.
The wind had taken down some trees that landed in the hay fields, so I drug them to a landing that I have in the front of the woods, and cleaned up the limbs out in the hay fields.
Dam bat. went dead in camera so only a couple pics. I figure that I have about 2 cord of maple firewood logs and limbs bucked up in a pile at the landing. This was just a quick shake down cruse to see if saws and equipment were ready for the task of cutting another 20 cord of firewood this summer, and relieve my itch. The second tree not pictured really put the Kubota on its knees pulling the trunk log but it did what it had to even with the front tires scratching in the air. I The skidding arch is 3pt mounted so I can control how far the front end rises, and it is impossible for the tractor to flip over backwards.
I had a good afternoon.
