I pulled the trigger yesterday

And traded my Kubota bale wrapper in on a new Anderson in- line bale wrapper. While I liked the individual wrapped bales better than the in-line, neither the Kubota dealer or myself could ever make that wrapper work properly. I was fed up with it, and we make more wrapped hay every year, so I pulled the trigger on the deal yesterday. No more fields of marshmallows.

You will be busy during hay season hauling those heavy wet bales to the wrapper but it will save time in the winter when feeding them. Keep your rows of wrapped bales close to the feeding area.

Bruce, you will like it. I prefer the inline myself because you use much less plastic and it's easier to get the plastic off them to feed. I don't know what moisture you bale at, but I hate wet, sloppy bales. So I try for 30-40% moisture. In my situation, the dryer hay unrolls better. You will also save more time wrapping, as you can wrap as you unload from the wagon. I believe the wrapping cycle on my 660 is 30 seconds per bale.
