886 AC drain

Noticed the other day that after ruining the AC in my 886 that it had water coming out of the vents. Would it just be the condensation drain line is plugged or what could it be? Compressor is about a 1-2 years old. Would rather not be baling in a swamp this summer lol. It blows cold when I used it but haven't got to really use it since I bought it back in February. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Start by blowing backwards through the vent hose(s) with a compressed air gun.

Mite make a bit of a mess, but easier than taking the top of the cab apart.

Of course, getting in there and thoroughly cleaning it would be the right way to do it.

Did that last year on a Versatile 875 that mice had used the AC evaporator area for their home.

YUCK!

Climb up on top of the cab with a 3/8 wrench, 3/8” if the screws are still factory, that is, unbolt the roof lid, remove it and clean the pan under the condenser and heater element. It’s a good time to blow the dirt out of the condenser, if you didn’t already do that when you worked on the air last time. Might be good to slowly flush things off and suck the mud out of the drip tray with a shop vac. A garden sprayer works well for the flushing. When you get the mud sucked out you will find the drains in the forward corners. If the foam that’s glued to the nderside of the roof cover is rotten this is a good time to replace. It acts as a seal and vibration damper.
