In my little area alone and the local fix it again tony doesn?t have a belt lacing kit in stock . Asked if they could get some and they gave me a look like the kid on the rock auto commercial uh we might can get some from Portland if you want to pay freight and wait a week

a shot in the dark here sv. google up the belt kit your looking for, with for sale on the end and see what comes up? i'll give it a shot and see what I can find.
 
I don't know if these guys sell retail, but it is the company we used at all 3 dealers I worked at. If nothing else the catalogs have a lot of information. http://www.leggbelting.com/index_en.html
 
Have a look on ebay for clipper belt lacer.
You can usually pick up a vice style one for $50

When I was running an old Vermeer with worn out belts I used to keep a box in the tractor with everything needed to do a belt repair in the field without even removing it from the baler.
A medium size vice tightened down on to the hitch of the baler was out of the way but always there when you needed it.
 
I just bought it . Right now I?m trying to decide if I want just the clipper lacing or the more expensive alligator .

Stick with Clipper, that was probably OEM. I don't know what baler you have, but I don't think Alligator will work well on rollers with smaller radius, but may not be a problem on your setup.
 
One of the things we do (no matter what brands of equipment dealers that are in our area) is never assume that they have what we need in stock.
