A Question for you 24V DC sparkies

I am converting an older hydraulic drive Case garden tractor formally powered by a Kohler 10hp motor to 24V DC power. I have all the mechanicals and hydraulics fabed up and functional, including a tray for 2 group 31 tractor batteries that I will hook in series.
I plan on building a canopy on the tractor about 3x3', and would like to install a couple of solar panels on top of the canopy and wire in a 24V charge controller, to maintain the batteries while out and about.
I am looking for some links to where I can buy these items, and also a lead to a 120V battery charger that was originally used on the old feed carts that I removed the motor and pump from.

Why can?t you use (2) 12 volt solar panels that charge 12 volts.? One hooked to each battery. I just installed 1 this afternoon to maintain my trailer brake battery that came from Northen Tool. It is 2.5 att at 12 volts. I bought it on sale for 9 bucks.
