At the DPA sale today there was a pallet of 8 coulters off of a NH-3 bar that brought $875--A little later they sold a complete 13 shank DMI bar with coulters and closers for $825--Go figure??---Tee

Stuff sure goes cheap up your way! Never find deals around here. I was on auction time and seems the deals are a 1000 miles away. I bought the wife a new vehicle so have to eat h my shopping!
 
A lot of the coops and smaller fert. dealers are getting out of the NH-3 business. I am guessing because of the insurance costs and liability. You see a lot of 1000 gal wagons with no tag sell for almost nothing. Sign of the times I guess---Tee
 
Our local coop put it another big NH3 tank this year. I have not used it since the late 90s because my applicator was shot. Liquid is a lot easier but I spend a lot of time hauling. The last few years have been using some urea.
 
We have had three new anhydrous tank farms built in this county in the last three years. The double tank anhydrous carts are everywhere.
