Post cultivator for sale on Craigs list at 11:00 p.m. Phone call at 7:00 a.m. next morning. Guy and trailer show up at 9:00 a.m. Loaded and tied down by 9:20. Cash in my hand at 9:22. Remove add at 9:24. Less then 12 hours start to finish.

You advertised it too cheap! If you didn't have at least two weeks of "tire kickers" and prospective buyers that never showed up you did it wrong! ;-)

I had a double wide galvanized snowmobile trailer to sell last fall. Put it on CL late one evening with a couple of pics, got a call at 8:30AM from a guy about 100 miles away. He said that's exactly what he's looking for and would be here between 11 and noon. Got to be 11:30 and nobody yet. Called at 11:40 and he was a few blocks away. He was gone at noon and I was paid. I had lunch and deleted the CL ad.
