lots of guys wouldnt shut them off once they got them started,,dont shut it off till your done for the day,,lol

My uncle had a NH baler with an engine that he bought new. You could start it once a day.
My son in law bought a used John Deere with an engine and it would start once a day UNTIL we got rid of those Champion plugs in it. Don't recall what brand we changed it to.

Just never could get used to the looks of that IH cab. Never sat in one. Are they nicer once you get in it?
Heck, that's the IH deluxe cab! They're a pretty good cab for the day, especially if you put in the newer cab kits and sound deadening material. They aren't as quiet as a cab that is totally isolated from the engine compartment, since the engine compartment protrudes into the cab with the deluxe cabs. They can be made into a pretty decent cab though, with A/C, etc, and a lot better than being in the cold and rain. I like them. Been trying to find a decent one around me for a while to replace the one on our 1066, but haven't had any luck yet.

fred where are you located? I have been looking for a ih/dresser td7e dozer for a while. have you ever had any through your yard? doesn't have to be in premium condition, if it needs some work or running gear not a big issue.
