Antique tractors on Craig's list

I still haven't figured out to post a link but there are quite a few unrestored antique tractors posted on Craig's list Houston. They are under farm and garden and located in the Conroe/New Waverly area. Looks like some pretty good deals.

Keith--I couldn't post a link either until I went to "Classic View." All the tools are there, you should get it first try. From what I can tell, this feature doesn't work in Modern View.

It does indeed work on Modern View, let me see if I can help you out some. One thing is that is
helpful to know is that a web address ...garble in the box above your web page that usually starts
with www.http... is known in computer terms as a URL ....Uniform Resource Locator... I have
always wondered why on a site that has quite a few folks with only enough computer knowledge
to be dangerous still insists on calling it that. I?m sure it is the name that the developer of the
software saw as making perfect sense. Anyway on Modern you see a button that says URL when
you want to place a link you first copy the fore mentioned garble..web address.. then you click the
URL button. Then paste the link in your thread box. Now this is the trick, after that there is some
blue text below and right of the URL button that says ...Close Tags... you must click that after you
paste. Now guess what you have just learned how to do it. Go down to the Test Forum and give it
a try. Now that I defined a URL I suppose the light may come on for a few folks in Classic Veiw.
There you paste your copied web address in the box provided. However that veiw gives an option
to name the web site you linked in the next box down. The advantage to Modern Veiw is you can
paste in multiple links by repeating the step above. Hope this helps shed some light on this
subject. Sorry, for stealing the thread.

(quoted from post at 14:06:27 02/15/18).. then you click the
URL button. Then paste the link in your thread box. Now this is the trick, after that there is some
blue text below and right of the URL button that says ..[b:6552220670][u:6552220670].Close Tags... you must click that after you
paste.[/u:6552220670][/b:6552220670]

I never do that in Modern View and the link pasted still shows up in the post.

Back in the day my cousins had one of those Citroëns on the farm. Had to order a spark plug once and it ran around $30. The little 2CV model has become very collectible-/kinda the VW Bug of France.

Might want to check if they have been under water after the hurricane. Lots of equipment showing up on salvage auctions from that area.
