Well they are similar so I will say that if pulled out of the dirt and were stuck with bent tin and worthless tires, they would be
worth maybe 800 bucks each if scrapped after taking off any usable parts. If very nice with near perfect original paint and low
hours, good rubber and a strong pony motor, maybe 15,000 to the right person. Jim
 
Too many variables. There were a lot more R's built than 820's.
And there were differences in the years for 820's that would matter.
An 80 might fetch more money than either of the other two.

but the r has the big engine stuck but pony running and the 820 the clutch rod needs to e replaced and tuning the pony and has all parts for the clutch and wants 6k but he's from 700 miles away from wi
 
If you want fixed up running tractors you'd be better off to find one that some poor soul has spent countless hrs working on and is now selling it for less than the parts cost.
