Gehl CTL Mystery Warning

I have a Gehl CTL65 that apparently has some hidden engine warning system. Down by my feet when sitting in the machine under a steel cover are some warning lights and an audible alarm. I'm assuming they are part of the engine diagnostics separate from the typical stuff up on the counsel.
Does anyone know what these lights or sounds mean. The owners manual says if any come on to call your dealer---Did that. They had never heard of them and did not know what they indicated.
Today, the second time in over 1000 hours there was an audible beeping but no flashing lights. The first time there was a flashing light and a beeping.
Today the machine was quite cold when started and after moving the beeping started. Shutting down the machine and restarting it cleared the issue
Does anyone have something that tells me what the system is trying to tell me?
Thanks

folsom one of the (you could say new) alarms equipment people are adding to their equipment besides low oil level/low oil pressure and high temp shut down is low battery voltage, if the battery voltage falls below 11.5 volts a beeping will sound, if it falls below 11. volts you get the beeping and alarm lights, if the altenator fails to cut in and raise the voltage after about 5 to 10 minutes the unit will shut down. the cold start scenario you in your post is exactly how it will go down until the alt. kicks off and starts producing full output. to pin an intermitent alarm like that you will have to rig a voltmeter from the battery or hot post on the alt. and ground, have the voltmeter taped to the dash and the next time it starts beeping and or flashing lights take note of the voltmeter reading. all the new Lincoln and miller diesel engine driven welders have this feature to protect the electronic moduals that control the fuel system.
