international 574 diesel wiring troubles

Hello I recently bought a 574 d and am having quit a few issues with the wiring. It seems there are a ton of wires where the coating has fallen off and when i try to trim back to good wire coating there isn't any. I was wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for this tractor. The ones in the archive i cant get to work. Also is porch electric still the best place to buy a harness?

A don't have any experience with porch electric but I bought a harness a few years ago from agri services in New York wiringharnesses.com and was very happy with it and the knowledge he provided. Be prepared to answer some questions when ordering he does this to get the right one. This was for a different model tractor than you have but he makes a lot of different ones. I have heard porch electric is good too just haven't experienced them.

Your wiring cannot be any worse then the wiring was on my 584. I was given the IH584 due to it have caught fire an burning. ALL the wiring was burnt so I now have it bear bones wired so I can use it. There really isn't all that much to them and I make my own wiring on tractors all the time

Yup the wiring in those tractors was pretty poor stuff. I just rewired our 574 to make it work like Old did.
