Fixing some wobled out holes

On my scraper blade I've moved a lot of dirt with this thing and I'm sure it moved a lot before my time

Looks like a good idea. I've got a dozer for my Deere 40C that is so worn out it's
almost funny. Only trick is going to make things straight and in line when it's done.
I thought of milling out the holes, but my mill isn't that big.
Looks like the die grinder might be the next best thing and welding in new bushings
 

I took a well worn wagon front end to a friend once to get it tightened up. He had a limited machine shop in his basement. He did a very similar job and charged what I thought was very little.
 
I did that on my drawbar with a twist.. I welded large washers to those bushings and welded up the hole in drawbar and drilled out so the washer/bushing slip in the hole with the washer keeping it from going through.. Reason was that the draw bar was ovaled for one, two is I have to be able to except different size pins.. swather pin is 1" and baler is 3/4 so swather pin sits in drawbar without bushing but to rake and bale I use the bushing adapter to keep the smaller pins from banging front to back and ovaling out again.. works great??
 
I found some carbon sticks that are no longer available from there anymore. Got to use them very little before I got robbed. Just stick them in the hole centered and start welding.
