MM spin on oil filter #

Google the Wix filter site then follow the steps in the search when you get there. Best to learn how to use that site and then you don't have to wait for an answer. Take the Wix number to NAPA and they can cross it. Good chance only the first two numbers will be different than the Wix number.

Well i did that ha. Went home with wrong filter 1/4 of inch to long underneath.should have checked better before running down the road to a fire.

Not to get way off in left field, but I know what you mean. I think the gaskets are an afterthought on some of them. The ones I get for my Oliver 77 have gaskets that are too thick and they won't tighten without popping out of the threads. I've got a thin gasket out of an old one here that I have to keep re using over and over. The exception that I've found was the last one that I used. It was a genuine Agco. I remembered to save that thin gasket for the next store brand that I buy for it. If I can remember where I put it and find it when I need it anyway.

Hope somebody has a better suggestion and an answer to a filter that'll work for you.

Thanks, yeah got big hurry and run out door to napa, the store is just dowb the mtn here anout 7 miles but should checked better.... i do appreciate the help.

Wasn't that originally a cartridge filter? They sell adapters for spin on filters. Maybe this link will help as it lists the filter number.
